Refund policy
Akt is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, we commit ourselves to offer an exchange or refund of the products concerned under the below conditions.
The right of retraction does not apply to artificial persons (i.e. companies).
You must notify customer@aktlondon.com of any damages or defects to your product within 30 days of having received them to be eligible for a refund.
Returns are accepted within 14 days after the date of reception of your order.
We are unable to offer exchanges on products.
The products must still be in their original packaging and in their original condition (i.e. not used, scratched, damaged).
For each return, please send an e-mail to: customer@aktlondon.com stating the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide for all necessary instructions with the return address as well as a return authorisation number that needs to be stated on the return package.
The costs of sending and returning items will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the case of a refund, it will be processed within 5 working days of the date of reception of the returned item.
In the event that damaged goods are returned, Akt will return these to the purchaser, who will then be required to pay the delivery costs.
For returns with a request for a refund : The purchaser will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item and the outward delivery costs, conforming with UK Law. The delivery costs for the return will however be born by a purchaser.
If your purchased our products from a 3rd party (ie a retailer) your complaints/ applications for a refund must be taken up with them and not Akt directly.
